Dublin |
Ireland, often referred to as the Green Island, is one of the British
Isles. The Isle is 85.000km2, and thus about the size of Austria.
Ireland is politically divided into the Republic of Ireland and Northern
Ireland, with Northern Ireland being part of the United Kingdom. After
two and a half hours of flight, we land at 18.00 local time in Ireland's
capital Dublin. For now, on foot, we explore the center of the city. The
Temple Bar district is a vibrant neighborhood with numerous pubs,
restaurants, markets and shops. |
